British airlines suspends flights to Entebbe
British Airways has announced that it will suspend its flights to Uganda effective October 2015.
The reason for this decision is the increasing number of airlines linking Entebbe with the Middle East, making the direct flight between the UK and Uganda no longer commercially viable.
Despite of the suspension of this direct flight from the UK to Uganda, there are still many comfortable options to fly from Europe to Entebbe by other airlines, KLM , Brussels airlines, have direct flights daily Entebbe International Airport. Besides there are other local African airlines flying to Europe like Kenya airways,Ethiopian airlines and Egypt air.
